The Southern Dog is always on the lookout for foster parents to join our family! Because we don’t have a permanent facility, fostering is the most important way a volunteer can help. We are limited to the number of animals we can rescue by the number of foster homes in which to place them. This is where you come in!
Being in a foster home can be a lifesaving bridge for a stray or frightened dog or cat. It gives the animal an opportunity to learn that people can be kind, food is available and there is a warm, secure place to sleep. Thank you for thinking about sharing your home with a foster pet!
